The Eurobodalla Classic and Vintage Motor Club in partnership with Transport NSW and Council are holding a free morning tea for older drivers.

Come along to receive a free car or motorbike maintenance check by a professional mechanic, have a chat about how to best take care of your vehicle and receive information on the effects of medication on driving ability, driver's licensing for seniors and making the transition to alternative transport.

Coffee and tea will be provided as well as a free sausage sizzle.

Tech Savvy Seniors' technology workshop 3 | Moruya

Telstra's Tech Savvy Seniors program is a series of free sessions that give older people the opportunity to develop skills and confidence to use technology.

Four programs will be offered in weekly sessions over a month. Come along to the 'Introduction to social media' workshop to find out how social media platforms like Facebook, Skype, Twitter and Flickr work so you can decide if you want to create your own account.

Youth recovery forum | Moruya

Young people between the ages of 12 and 24 are invited to have their say on what they want to see happen in Eurobodalla to help youth recover from recent natural disasters.

At this forum local youth can get together to talk about the ways in which their lives have been affected by bushfire and flood incidents, and workshop ideas for how services and agencies can help them get back on track.

Dementia friendly guided art tour | Moruya

People affected by dementia are invited to the Bas in Moruya for a free guided tour of the exhibition 'Are we there yet' by artist Jo White.

The use of imagery has proven to be a powerful tool to stimulate the brain, stirring dormant memories and in some cases returning language to seniors living with dementia. In this tour participants can reminisce through the paintings featured in the exhibition.
